¢ñFeatures:
(1) High strength, good flexibility; the static bending strength is about 4-5 times of that of wooden plywood, reducing supporting templates.
(2) Large breadth, little patchwork (3mm every piece), corresponding to 6.6 1.5m¡Á0.3m steel templates, quick to support and take apart mould.
(3) Smooth surface, easy to draw mould. The adsorbability of laminating bamboo template to concrete is only one percent of that of steel template. The concrete surface is smooth; plasterer work can be omitted. The project development is quick.
(4) The heat extraction coefficient of bamboo template is 0.14-0.16, much less than that of steel template, which is good for high-temperature construction in winter.
(5) The turning time of bamboo template is high, more than 30-50times in normal use. The plate can be used in both sides.
¢ò Application scope: This bamboo template is most adapted for horizontal template, vertical template, viaduct, cloverleaf junction, large dam, channel, mast template and so on in high building.
¢ó How to saw plate?
The saw bit must be alloy saw bit with diameter is 400mm, 120 teeth and 4000 rpm rotate speed. Underlay it solidly can then saw to prevent from raw edges.
¢ô How to lay template?
(1) The square lumber close to template has to be laid lengthways; the aperture has to be as small as possible; the specification of stow-wood is 5¡Á10cm; then use self-adhesive to seal these apertures to prevent from leaking slurry.
(2) Method of top template patching: Lay square lumber breadthways on falsework firstly with 1.2m space; then lay square lumber lengthways with 0.4-0.6m space. When the moulding thickness is more than 200mm, the space has to be reduced.
(3) Wall template: Lay three square lumbers lengthways behind template; then lay two square lumbers breadthways and couple them; leave a position for wall screw and support strutting piece.
(4) Mast template: Cut template in terms of size; leave a position for wall bolt; the mast template may be locked in four sides with short falsework; support strutting piece.
¢õ How to clean faceplate:
There is no necessary to coat mold parting agent during first five times; but it has to clean faceplate immediately after then; as for that is adhibited, it has to be coated with mold parting agent before use.
¢ö Storage:
The template can not be contacted with ground but with square wood laid under. Pile up with edges and corners tidy; keep good ventilation; avoid sunshine and rain; examine termly. |
